6. When they discover that a person of color is obviously intelligent, has excellent skills, and is super-competent in a job, they both resent that person and think that some invisible white person under their desk or at home must be the "power behind the throne," telling them what to do. If that person of color is on line, they assume that it's a white person masquerading as a person of color. (Come on, one of them couldn't really be that smart, could they?)
