Are you sure that Kamala Harris dragged black mothers down? Wouldn't the case of a child with sickle cell anemia be of concern of an AG only under very specific circumstances? I would think that a Commissioner of Public Health, at the local or state level, or Health and Human Services or the Social Security Administration would be more responsible at the federal level.

You may call my response general, but if you have that much experience with public servants, then you should be more aware than most of what falls within the purview of elected officials. I am a retired teacher. However, before I was a teacher, I spent many years working in community development, and I have been involved in the political sphere for decades. I, myself, may know a little something.

Sadly, I find that the general public is ridiculously unaware of what functions and powers different branches of government have. If they were better informed (and perhaps you could put your knowledge to good use there) then they might be a little more astute in knowing where to posit both praise and blame.
