Biden saw it coming, just like the rest of us have seen it coming, particularly since the Obama presidency, because Biden was included in the disrespect. For appearance's sake he needs to be "bi-partisan." The man is old, but he has a lot of political experience, and he's not foolish. He has to let surrogates say the ugly parts.
