CRT is NOT taught in K-12 schools. That is not something said to put white supremacists at ease (they will never be at ease anyway) but is said because it is true. Please, please, find a good foundational text on what CRT is. Then, read some of the excellent sources cited in its bibliography. Those will give you an understanding that CRT is not a curriculum; it is a method. Neither students nor most teachers in K-12 schools have the background in law to apply CRT. It is certainly neither "taught" nor learned.

If people have a beef against accurate history, then we need to continue to ruffle their white feathers and tell them that we're teaching History, not Fantasy. However, accurate and inclusive History is not the same thing as CRT. We do more harm than good when we use the term without having a genuine understanding of its meaning.
