Doesn't bother me. Anyone who genuinely apologizes is tacitly ackowledging that they've done something wrong. Some of these folks are even saying what it is. I applaud them for being willing to say what they're saying, knowing that some of their colleagues may be too afraid even to say something, much less do something. Now, let's make sure the "sorry" doesn't end with mere words. We're watching to see who follows it up with deeds.
