I believe he's evil, but I think that what is obvious dementia, and not only evil, is what Republicans are trying to hide. What he says isn't word salad, but lettuce that's been whirled in the spinner a few too many times. Republicans and the press kept their focus on Biden, but no one seemed to question someone who demonstrates quite obvious that his mental capacity is diminishing.
