I can't agree. I am black, and when I was in my early twenties I had one of those Ugly Duckling/Swan magical things happen to me. I guess I just grew into my face. I'm not saying this because I'm bragging; I'm saying it because it was true. It didn't matter, white, black, male, female; everyone gave way. I got free meals, free cab rides, free everything else, and offers for jobs for which I KNOW I wasn't qualified (I didn't take any of them; I'm not a fool.) Even children stared. I'm a nice person, but even if I hadn't been, I saw what kinds of behavior pretty people got away with.
Perhaps had I been white the privilege would have extended further. I can't know. All I can say is that I didn't deserve the benefit of the doubt that people often gave me. There is definitely privilege to being pretty. You don't have to be smart; you don't have to be kind; all you have to do is to be pretty, and the good things fall into your lap.
