I haven't really seen this behavior among most black women. I believe that it was cooked up for tv ratings, then people who didn't know better decided that that was the way they were supposed to act. There are definitely some bad behaviors that originated from us to us, but I presumed that the silly acting out was just imitating "entertainment."
