I like sitting at the table, confronting their discomfort, and making them re-think their assumptions. It's fun. Sometimes I even ask them how they came by their assumptions to see how they'll explain it. I'll usually smile when I ask. It is the superpower of the "underdog" to make people see beyond their stereotypes.
