Next, the government is supplying planes from point to point to ensure that we receive the formula as quickly as possible and to enjsure its expeditious distribution. Last, many parents use government vouchers to purchase formula from specified providers. Again, under emergency conditions, those families are allowed to use formula from other providers. THAT is what alleviating the shortage means. Exactly WHO is profiting with a shut-down factory?
