If we want the Democrats to be able to make any progress at all, then we need to vote for them in the largest numbers ever in November. FOUR - one, two, three, four, VOTES are all it takes now to turn any Democratic majority into a minority. The Senate doesn't have a Democratic majority--it has a tie. Don't blame Biden for things it takes the Congress and the courts to do.
