If you are black and reading this, then you must surely know that you "de-black" your home before putting it on the market. You rid it of any cluae that black people live there. Family pictures, cds, artwork, whatever. Anything that could be read as "Black" has to be put into storage.

I know of one particular home in a wealthy suburb near where I live. The home has had four owners (seriously, I'm not making this up) in the past forty years, and they have all been black. Even in a highly desirable suburb, a white buyer will forego purchasing a home from a black seller.
