I'm not blaming the 13 year old at all, but I am wondering what an underaged child was doing at a party with adults. Where were her guardians? Too many people get co-opted by proximity to wealth and fame that they leave both themselves and their minor children in danger. Yes, there are going to be predators, and they need to bear all of the responsibility for their actions, but we adults need to stop making it easier for them.
