In defense of Ms Pelosi: She does not own any yachts. The DCCC would exist no matter who the Speaker of the House is. Ms Pelosi rarely raises money for herself via the DCCC. In fact, she lends her name to other candidates and raises money for them. The Democrats know that her face brings contributions. Let's face it; everyone raises money off of controversy. When Ruth Bader Ginsburg died, people couldn't wait to fill the Democratic coffers. Same with the Supreme Court decision on Roe v. Wade. Democratic supporters and women's organizations hardly had to ask. People were using piggy banks they'd forgotten they had to find money for contributions.

Now if you want people to sell their yachts instead of asking for contributions, I'd suggest starting with Joe Manchin. He's got a nice one.
