I've never eaten at a Denny's, because snob that I am, it wouldn't be my kind of spot. However, I have heard for decades that that sort of situation frequently takes place at Denny's, giving me more reason not to patronize them. Yet, places continue to get away with it, usually by the tack of trying to wear us down.
