That does not make them unqualified to be president now. What was her "disimal record" as Veep? Most people don't know what a Vice-President does. Their job is to remain in the background, not the foreground. What sort of "record" did Biden have as Vice President? Heck, Biden almost didn't get the nomination in 2016. Do you remember that?
