Jeff, just because someone has been nominated for a judgeship does not mean that they will be confirmed.

What good are Democrats? Americans have gotten selfish and unrealistic. You have ONE nominee you don't like (I don't like him either) so you decide that the entire party is unworthy? The one, or two, or few, pieces of "garbage" you get have no comparison to the overwhelming avalanche of garbage we get when Republicans are in power. Please don't try to teach the Democrats a lesson that only helps Republicans come November. If we don't turn out and we get Republican dominance, which is what they want, then we'll only have ourselves to blame. I'm a mean little old lady.
