Lindsey Graham had a plan for the beginning. He advocated strongly for his candidate from South Carolina so that he could SAY he would support a black woman. He knew that Brown-Jackson would be Biden's choice, so his "loyalty" to his earlier choice was Lindsey's trump card. He never planned to vote in favor. I'm curious to see what would have happened if Biden had nominated Graham's choice. That would have been a lot harder for him to wiggle out of, the slimy liar.
