Madonna can do anything she wants with her body. It's hers. However, given that freedom, one can still question her choices. Many of us miss our youthful beauty (I know I do) but I hope that if I had as much money as Madonna I would still have the good sense not to let some opportunistic surgeon damage my face.

Time and gravity are always going to be more powerful than surgery. If someone can't accept that, then that's their problem. However, they should not blame others for commenting on what they look like when they lose the fight with nature.
