Many blacks harbor antipathy for white people, and it isn't racism, it's anger, which is the result of unequal treatment. Unfortunately, acting out of anger isn't a successful method of dealing with racism, but when you lack political and economic power, you may seem it as one of the only ways to express your "voice."
