Miguelitro, thanks so much for responding to my essay. I agree that I would be "quite mistaken" if I thought that Dr. King was talking about money, and only actual money. I recognize as do you, I hope, that money is also used in a metaphorical sense, as finance is a medium that Americans understand well. That is why I ended with the hope that the bank contained more than counterfeit rhetoric. After all, actions are a type of currency as well, are they not?
