Much as you may dislike the assertion, I believe it to be true. To be prejudiced to someone who is much like you ethnically and linguistically is "tribalism." If you are an individual who, has hatred, but no institutional power, then, you are not racist; you are not a part of the institutional system; you are prejudiced. Are all white people "...inherently and unalterably racist from birth?" From birth? Who interpreted the meaning of racism that way? You, or the "demagogues" you don't like?

I was willing to read your essay with an open mind, and I hope I continue to have an open mind, but attributing "hypocrisy and overall stupidity" to people with whom you disagree is a poor example of using language with precision. It IS, however, a good example of weaponized language. You even managed to fit in "woke." You know what? There are people on all sides of political discourse who can be foolish. Just because your introduction described Republican double-speak doesn't disguise that you have "chosen a side." No more of my time to waste on you. That would be the road to Hell.
