Must disagree. Black people do not "fall in love" with those who abuse them, except for those blacks who pretend to because it's to their advantage. What happens is that when the sandbox gets integrated, some whites would rather dump the sand so that no one gets to play in it.

The proper response of black people, and our allies, is to overwhelm the playground and make sure that we build a bigger and better sandbox where everyone gets to play. If some folks want to leave the playground under those circumstances, then let them go, but not before they see what they're missing.
