No, not everyone is "racist." People of other ethnicities may not like you because of your so-called "race," but if they have not had the benefit of skin privilege and the protection of being society's preferred group, then they can't be racist. They don't have the standing as a member of a particular group to affect your life as a member of a particular group. That standing, in many parts of the world, is given to white people.
