No, they're not "inherently" racist, and I presume you know that. They're taught to rank people in both conscious and non-conscious ways, just like the rest of us. Our job is to correct both the way we live and how we teach children. It will take more than a generation, but we can do it, after we deal with the ultra-crazies taking up all the space right now.)
