No. You cannot be black and a racist. You may disrespect others, dislike them, hate them, treat them badly, etc., but you still do not have the overarching political, economic, social, and educational power to affect the major aspects of other people's lives in the systemic way that the white power system does. Clarence Thomas, Candace Owens, and the like, may say or do everything in their power to make life harder for people who look like them, but they are victims of the same racism as the rest of us. In fact, the degree to which they act out their self-loathing may make them even greater victims than the rest of us.
They have no agency. They have only the bullhorn that their "masters" have given them. You can be black and many things, but you can't be racist. We just don't have that much power yet.
