Nope. Nobody gets to use it these days. We're not "owning" the word by using it, and we're giving white people "permission" to use it due to what-aboutism. Do we excise it from literature? Of course not. It does have an unkind historical context, but let's keep that context literary so that we understand the word's particular ugliness.
