Not even close. White conservatives hate blacks in general, and accomplished blacks, in particular, because we consider ourselves as both their equals and, when the shoe fits, their superiors. Do you really believe that Barack Obama did not consider himself the equal, again, if not "superior" to most white people?

It's anecdotal, so I can't prove it, but I consider myself at-least-equal-if-not-more-so to anyone else on Earth. I had a fortunate upbringing and a keen sense of social observation. Black conservatives often do not consider themselves equal, whether they know it or not. They are handmaidens and are happy in the role. Other blacks look at them with horror because as Harriet Tubman is supposed to have said, "I could have freed more if they had known they were slaves." They, and others like them, don't know what ends they serve. This is a tool, though far from the sharpest one, in the Republican Party's tool kit, but I'm not here to discuss politics, per se.
