Not only do white people NOT know how far we go to avoid racism (who wants to go around being hurt all the time?) they believe that we SEEK IT OUT in order to have reason to complain and feel victimized. This "race" thing makes a lot of white people stupid. I agree. It would be nice not to have to write about it, and even nicer not to have to live it.
