Please post your stats. Working-class people of any race are more likely to be killed by the police than those of other classes. However, because you are so interested in this topic, you know that middle and upper-middle class blacks are still more likely to be harrassed by law enforcement than are whites in the same economic situation. An innocent black detainee is treated more harshly than an allegedly guilty white detainee.

As for attempting to deny that class is secondary to caste if you are black in America, then you're either just blowing smoke or you are woefully uninformed about how America works.
