Can’t stop there. Better kiss tomorrow goodbye as well. And the day after that, and the day after that. While we’re at it, let’s just kiss our children’s tomorrows goodbye and introduce them to the gulag that may soon be life in these United States of…

Are you scared yet? If not, then read on.

You’ve most likely heard by now of the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025, which is a 960-page blueprint for remaking America in some dystopian admixture of 1984, The Handmaid’s Tale, The Hunger Games, and Vladimir Putin’s most-cherished dreams.

“The Heritage Foundation and a coalition of 100 right-wing organizations recently published “Project 2025,” their plan for a “post-constitutional” federal government. This plan would threaten the very roots of democracy and the rights and freedoms upon which it is based.”

Here are a few of the main ideas drawn from a report from Call 4 Change by Georgetown University History Professor Thomas Zimmer and a guide published by Media Matters. The plan would:
