Really, none? Not even one? Not a progressive who would like for someone younger to take on the heavy lifting of improving democracy or repairing our battered earth? Not even if "the population" includes their own offspring?

If a child is in a public school, whether they're yours, mine, ours, citizens, or non-citizens, then it deserves the best education we can give, period.
