So whose authorized definition of "wokeness" is this? It affects billions? It helps "no one?" "No one" is a pretty narrow, but simultaneously wide, definition. There's a ridiculous amount of baseless assertion, untrue or mistaken statements, and downright opinion without benefit of facts, and sophomoric "reasoning" in your essay. You sound like a child having a tantrum rather than a mature person presenting a well-thought-out point of view. You seem to have some agenda beyond "cancel culture," but seem unable to say what it is except that you believe its "practitioners" are bullies and hypocrites.
You seem to fail to understand that what is popularly called "cancel culture" is an appropriation by the right wing of what used to be called "boycotts." People get to choose how and where to spend their money, what celebrities to follow or not to follow, and even to express their opinion without being crybabies responsible for the world's messes. Just imagine. Groups of oppressed people have boycotted for centuries, and it is not those people who have brought civilization to the brink of doom. You appear to have a love of words, but fail to put them together to create a real meaning?
Did you write this on a computer produced by exploited children under slave-like circumstances in an underdeveloped country, or did you actually fabricate the machine on which you're writing this yourself?
Read this one and see if you can interpret between the lines.
