Stephen, if there's one sad truth we've learned since 2016 (amd for some time before) it's that a Republican Congress is willilng to be in lockstep for all the wrong reasons. Their spite is stupid and short sighted, and if they had any shame, then they would have done something already. If they're not ashamed, then I am.
