Thank me. I Took the Fox Grenade for You!
I took the challenge that others have been unwilling to take. After the news of the Fox $787.7 million dollar settlement with Dominion Voting Systems, I had to see and hear for myself if, and how, Fox would or would not cover the case. I dedicated the eight to nine o’clock hour, featuring Tucker Carlson, to my mission. I armed myself with a cup of tea, some Saltine Crackers®, a deliberately open mind, and a strong sense of duty to the comrades who asked me to report to them.
Fox did not disappoint.
I didn’t expect Fox to cover the Dominion settlement, but I was amazed at how minute after minute, block after block, Tucker Carlson ran through his program seemingly unaware that Fox had been in the news at all.
He spent nearly the first 15 minutes of his program airing a video from this past weekend in Chicago. The video, purportedly, shows a white woman, “screaming in terror,” being attacked by a “mob” of black youth.
Carlson and his guest then berate outgoing Mayor, Lori Lightfoot, for downplaying the violence and characterizing the event, a “Teen Takeover,” as “mostly peaceful.” They then blamed the Democrats (don’t ask me how; I really don’t remember) for being the root cause of the violence.
