That's why those folks move there. They want to be among their own. I'm waiting for some wealthy black celebrity or philanthropist to open a college, movie studio, factory, or some other institutution that would move a bunch of people of color into the state in such overwhelming numbers that we/they could outvote the racists. Idaho doesn't have such a large population. I bet we could do it.
