This is the most important question one can ask. What gives white people (yes, I know. Not ALL white people, but white society in general) the license and authority to decide who gets what rights when? How dare this man, and anyone like him, talk about "conformity?" If "conformity" means being able to live in the same neighborhood as whites, go to the same institutions of higher learning, and getting promotions in jobs, then, no, white society only wants "conformity" that affirms their position as the U.S. default. How can these people, who are public servants, get away with this? I want Darryl's family to get Ben Crump on the phone.
