Very well-presented and well documented. My ONLY point of disagreement would be mentioning Trump too much. The Republican Congress set the tone for these groups by demonstrating its blatant disrespect for President Obama, thus signaling to their followers that outright demonstrations of racial hatred was now acceptable. They set the table for Donald Trump. He just sat down at the head.
