We have to talk about why too many people of color are conservatives, or hold conservative views when they are antithetical to their wellbeing. We need to ask a lot of questions about why we "believe" what we do. I think that we're more inclined to repeat than to think about. I'll get in trouble for saying this, but we need to think and act beyond what the Church tells us to do.
