Well, those rulings were neither sexist nor racist. That is, perhaps, why Democrats didn't see any.

And about that racist and sexist thing. Funny thing is, Democrats didn’t see any racism or sexism when the Supreme Court was ruling in favor of stuff like abortions and affirmative action, but when the court rules against things that Democrats favor, all of a sudden the court is racist and sexist and should be abolished.
