When I was in elementary school, in the 60s, our Social Studies textbooks weren't always the newest, and I remember the map of Russia including many place names with "Stalin" in them. I don't remember them all, but "Stalingrad," "Stalino," and "Stalini" come to mind. So, Florida, other reactionary states, and cowardly textbook publishers, it's been done before, and it has a very bad name. Think twice before you try to erase history. Someone always knows the truth.
