Yep, it's what we do, or, what we did. After the 2016 election I decided that I was no longer going to be silent, since white people obviously weren't thinking about my feelings! We've got to make speaking out the norm rather than the exception. We need to be comfortable having others be uncomfortable. They can't fire all of us.
