You are aware of the tight margins in both the House and Senate, I presume. Five seats in the House and a tie in the Senate. That's not enough of a "majority" to guarantee that Democratic legislation gets passed.

PLEASE GET REAL ABOUT PROGRESSIVES. They're not going to win in most districts, because most districts ARE CENTRIST. Do you really believe that the Party at large is responsible for demonizing progressives? "Defund the Police" caused a lot of folks to lose their seats in 2020. None of them got replaced by progressives--they got replaced by Republicans. If people wanted to vote for progressives, then they would, but a lot of folks are practicing magical thinking about how popular progressives actually are.
