You are not that naive. Dean, you and I both know that NOTHING in an ad is a coincidence. Website owners deliberately and purposefully choose the images they want to portray, and they know that pairing a picture of a young, black woman with the clickbait "Worst Schools" is going to attract eyes. Most viewers are not even going to attend to the name "Howard." They're simply going to see "worst schools" paired with an image of a black woman and draw their own conclusions. Someone selected that particular image from a variety of photos to serve a particular purpose. They knew what they were doing.
