You are right. Pluralus would be somewhat right if he weren't so intellectually lazy and making a gross generalization. What he seems to miss is that blacks had to/have to be "lifted up" because so many white people have, in both the past and present, put us down. Like people of many hues, some are more open, and others are happy to use the status quo to keep their own status lifted.
