YOU BURIED THE LEDE! You waited until the last paragraph to address the "audience" you really wanted to address--the people who really are victims because of the color of their skin, although you just don't want to acknowledge that. Do you know what it reminds me of? It reminds me of white Southerners saying that black Southerners were just as contented as could be before those "Northern Agitators" (or what you call fringe groups) told them that they were persecuted. Were those "fringe groups" and media outlets around in the 30s when people with brown and black skin were being lynched?

I've read you before, and you refuse to acknowledge the harsh social realities of racism and class that hold some people back while allowing others, with no more skills or talents, to succeed.

What will people be when they "lose their victimhood?" They'll be happy people. The only way to lose victimhood is to be treated the same as others and not be victimized. When that happens, present "victims" will go out in the world and do what everyone else does. They are going to model the behavior of treating people in the same way you and your family want to be treated. Believe me, privileged whites don't model that now. Why, if you can imagine such a thing, they may be better models than you.
