You have a right to your opinion, but you are proving my point. Based on your name (which can be an overassumption on my part) you may be a person of color. If you weren't fit for the roles you lost, then you exist as proof that "anybody" doesn't just get hired for a job based on paranoid people's assumptions of what DEI is.
