You seem to believe that written evaluations are dispassionate and accurate. They are not. The perceptions of a person's qualifications are often based on factors other than their actual performance. If she were so SKILLED, then why did she lose so many neonates compared to other nurses? Clearly, the evaluators were either incompetent or liars.
