Your thoughts are not only unpopular, but they're also wrong. "Conservative" blacks are the ones who look for approval from white "masters," and they freely look down upon and talk down on other blacks. The MEDIA ARE definitely not the biggest dividers in this country. Do you really believe that before there was a popular media culture that racial and cultural divisions did not exist? Did THE MEDIA treat Barack Obama disrespectfully, or did Republicans work out their existential crises by thwarting his agenda?

The thought of an independent black man who is better-looking, better-educated, smarter, has a happy family, and has the support of his people was anathema to most whites. Any black folks, in this day and age, who believe that they have their interests looked after by Republicans, are living outside of reality. I feel sorry for ya'll.
