You're absolutely right. Africa has already paid itself with the coin that it got from the Europeans. It will never know the extent of the riches, more human than inanimate, it gave away. It is now, slowly, being enslaved by the Chinese. Had it kept its own people, that would, perhaps, not be the case now.
